A small travel fee applies for weddings more than 50km from Auckland.

Why book NZ Wedding Photography?
It’s not just me behind the camera. My team, including my videographer and social assistant, are right there with you, not just as vendors, but as part of the celebration! We’ll blend in with your guests, share the energy, and yes, we’ll probably end up on the dancefloor with you too!

When is the best time to book your service?
The best time to book your wedding photographer is as soon as you’ve set your date. Popular photographers in New Zealand, especially those offering Auckland wedding photography, are often booked out 12 to 24 months in advance, particularly during the peak summer season.
With most weddings taking place on weekends between December and March, availability gets snapped up quickly. If you’re planning a wedding during this time, don’t wait, start your search for the right wedding photographer in NZ today to avoid missing out!
What's included in your packages?
Each New Zealand wedding photography package is designed to suit different needs and budgets, ensuring that your day is captured beautifully and comprehensively. My packages typically include:
Pre-wedding consultation: We’ll meet to discuss your wedding vision, timeline, and any specific shots you’d like.
Full-day coverage: From the morning preparations to the evening celebrations, I’ll be there to document every important moment.
Two photographers: For larger weddings, I often include a second shooter to capture even more angles and candid moments.
High-resolution edited images: You’ll receive a gallery of professionally edited, high-quality images that tell the full story of your wedding day.
Online gallery: A secure, password-protected gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.
USB or print options: I offer USB drives with your photos and can also create stunning wedding albums and prints (additional cost).
Refund & cancellation policy
Due to the nature of wedding photography services, the 50% booking deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and prevents other bookings. If you need to cancel or postpone your wedding, please notify me as early as possible. While the retainer is non-refundable, I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Full refunds are not available once the event has been photographed or if substantial work (e.g., editing) has already begun. I understand that plans can change, and I’m happy to work with you to find the best solution.
Can we request specific shots or share a Pinterest board?
Absolutely! I encourage couples to share any inspiration, must-have shots, or Pinterest boards. They’re a great way for us to understand your style and what matters most to you.
While I always capture the key moments and natural candid shots throughout the day, having a few specific requests helps personalise your gallery. During our planning chats, we’ll go over your ideas so I can weave them naturally into your wedding photography coverage.
Do you work with all types of weddings and couples?
Yes, I proudly work with all types of weddings and couples. Whether you’re planning a traditional cultural celebration, an intimate elopement, a same-sex wedding, or a non-traditional ceremony, I’m here for it. I believe every love story deserves to be celebrated and documented with care, respect, and creativity. Do you offer videography as well?
Yes, I offer wedding videography alongside photography. I work with a trusted videographer as part of my team, so we can capture your day seamlessly in both photos and film. Having us work together ensures a consistent style and smooth coordination throughout your wedding day. Are you insured and do you have backup gear?
Yes, absolutely. I’m fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity coverage, which many venues require for wedding vendors. I also bring professional backup gear to every wedding, including extra cameras, lenses, batteries, and memory cards. Your big day is too important to leave anything to chance, so myself and the team come prepared for anything to ensure everything runs smoothly, no matter what.
